🇵🇰 Pakistan-only v1 — global coming soon

Note: The education vertical is currently optimised for Pakistani institutions — it understands Federal Board, Punjab Board, Sindh Board, Cambridge / Edexcel curricula, MDCAT / ECAT entry tests, FSc / FA / ICS / ICom programs, fee voucher conventions, and Roman Urdu / English code-switching. International school + university support is on the roadmap.

The actual pain — what admission season really looks like

If you run a Pakistani school, college, or university, your admission inbox in May–August looks like this:

  • 200+ WhatsApp messages a day from prospective students and parents.
  • Of those, ~85% are repeat questions: "Admission khulay hain?", "Fee kya hai?", "Pre-Med ke liye merit kya thi?", "Hostel available hai?", "Cambridge ya Federal?"
  • You spend 6+ hours a day answering the SAME questions.
  • Real applicants — the 15% who are ready to apply — get drowned out.
  • You miss leads to faster-replying competitors who messaged back in 5 minutes instead of your 5 hours.

This is the single biggest preventable revenue leak in Pakistani education. Botline's education vertical is built around it.

What the AI handles automatically (the 85%)

  • Programs offered. Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS, ICom, FA, BS-CS, BBA — the AI lists what your institution offers, with eligibility, fees, and seat counts.
  • Fee structure. Quotes ONLY the fees you have configured — never invents. Handles "total kitni fee aati hai pora year?" with admission fee + tuition × 12 + exam fee + (optional) hostel + transport breakdown.
  • Document checklist. CNIC vs B-form (under-18), previous mark sheet, photos, domicile certificate. Pakistan-specific.
  • Curriculum. Cambridge vs Federal vs Matric — explains the differences and which suits the student's plan.
  • Entry test info. Internal tests, MDCAT, ECAT, NTS, NUMS — schedule + syllabus + sample papers.
  • Merit list explanation. Last year's cutoffs (when you've configured them), when this year's will publish, where to view.
  • Hostel + transport. Male/female hostel separately, fees, capacity, room types. Bus/van routes by area.
  • Scholarships. Eligibility + how to apply + status tracking.

What the AI captures (turning chat into structured applications)

For the 15% who are ready to apply, the AI doesn't just answer — it captures a structured admission application right inside WhatsApp:

  1. "Aap apply karna chahte hain? Bahut khoob — main aap ka form fill karta hoon. Kya program: Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS, ICom, ya kuch aur?"
  2. "Aap ka naam?"
  3. "Previous result kya hai? (Matric / O-Level / FA)"
  4. "CNIC ya B-form number? (B-form agar 18 se kam)"
  5. "Parent ka name aur contact?"
  6. "Kis term ke liye apply kar rahe hain — Fall 2026 / Spring 2027?"
  7. "Required documents: CNIC ya B-form, previous result card, 2-4 photos, domicile certificate. Aap ye sab WhatsApp pe bhi bhej sakte hain — hum verify karke admin team ko forward kar deinge."

The form lands in /dashboard/admissions with a unique reference number (e.g. ADM-2026-1042). Your admissions officer reviews, updates the status (received → under review → entry-test scheduled → merit-published → accepted → fee-paid → joined), and the applicant can check status any time by replying with the reference.

Result-day broadcasts — no more pandemonium

Result days are the second-biggest WhatsApp event after admissions. Parents call, message, scream into voice notes — all wanting one thing: their child's marks.

Botline broadcasts the result the moment you publish:

  • Bulk template message to every active student's parent: "Salam! Class X ka result declare ho chuka hai. Reply with ROLL <number> to view your child's mark sheet."
  • The AI then handles individual lookups by roll number.
  • Parent-teacher meetings, exam date sheets, holidays — all broadcast on the same channel.

Fee voucher reminders that actually get paid

Late fee follow-ups are usually a disaster: peon goes door-to-door, accountant calls, 60% don't answer. Botline auto-reminds parents on WhatsApp:

  • 3rd of month: voucher delivered with bank challan + JazzCash + EasyPaisa options.
  • 7th of month: gentle reminder — "Fee due in 3 days, late charges will apply."
  • 10th of month: with late charges added.
  • Parent uploads receipt → AI verifies (extracts amount + transaction ID) → admin gets confirmation in 30 seconds.

Schools that have automated this report 40-60% reduction in late-fee collection workload.

Pricing

Education vertical is part of the standard Pro plan. There's no per-student fee, no per-application fee on Baileys (your existing WhatsApp number connects via QR scan). If you upgrade to Cloud API for high-volume broadcasts (e.g. result-day to 5,000 parents), Meta charges per template message — typically PKR 0.50–2 per message in Pakistan.

What's included: AI replies, conversational application intake, admissions dashboard, fee-voucher broadcasts, result lookups, parent-teacher meeting reminders, exam date-sheet announcements, scholarship workflow, multi-program catalog, and the WhatsApp inbox for handling escalations.

  2. Pick "School (K-12)", "College (Intermediate / FSc)", "University", or "Specialized Institute" — under the Education / Academia category.
