Botline now syncs your leads, orders, and bookings into Google Sheets
Leads, orders, and bookings flow into a Botline-managed workbook in your Drive. Connect your existing product Sheet and the AI answers from it.
What's new
Today we're shipping our most-requested integration: Google Sheets. Two things happen the moment you connect:
- Botline creates a workbook in your Drive — named after your business, owned by your Google account, with one tab each for Leads, Orders, and Bookings.
- Every new lead, order, and booking flows in as a row — in real time, including WhatsApp + Instagram captures, Shopify and WooCommerce orders, and appointment bookings.
You can also connect your existing product Sheet — yes, the one you already keep your inventory in — and the AI will answer "do you have red velvet in size M?" by reading from it. No copy-paste, no template, no re-keying. Map your columns once and you're done.
How to connect
Open Dashboard → Integrations and click Connect Google Sheets. After Google OAuth, you'll see two follow-up actions on the Sheets card:
- Open Workbook — jumps straight to your Botline-managed Sheet (created automatically on first connect).
- Connect Catalog Sheet — opens the Google Picker so you can point Botline at your existing product Sheet. Map Name + Price (required) and any optional columns (stock, SKU, description, image URL). Botline re-syncs every 5 minutes.
Tokens auto-refresh nightly. If a token ever expires, the card surfaces a Reconnect button — one click and you're back in.
Available on all paid tiers
Google Sheets sync is included on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise at no extra charge. You pay Google directly for Drive storage (which is free for the volumes most tenants generate).
