WhatsApp health monitoring + opt-out management for Pro+
Pro and Enterprise tenants on WhatsApp Cloud API now get a real-time health dashboard — quality rating, messaging tier, opt-out registry, and a one-click pause for any line. STOP keywords are automatically honored to keep you compliant.
What's new
A new Dashboard → WhatsApp → Health page lists every Cloud API line on your account with three live data points each: Meta's Quality Rating (Green / Yellow / Red), Messaging Tier (TIER_50 through TIER_100K, with the unique-recipient cap spelled out), and the live opt-out count. Plus a single big Pause / Resume button per line and a manual opt-out add field for in-person and email requests.
The page is the first surface where Botline tells you, at a glance, whether your number is healthy enough to ship a broadcast tomorrow.
Automatic STOP-keyword detection — compliance without thinking
When a customer replies to your number with any of STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or STOPALL, three things happen automatically: the number is added to your opt-out registry with a timestamp, a short compliance confirmation reply is sent ("You've been unsubscribed"), and the AI is skipped for that turn. No code, no toggle, no bypass — this is the law and Botline now enforces it for you.
Broadcast audiences auto-skip opted-out contacts
The broadcast composer now subtracts every number on your opt-out registry from the audience preview before you confirm. The cost preflight you see is the cost you pay; the unique-recipient count is post-exclusion. There is no checkbox to forget — accidental re-spam of an opted-out customer becomes structurally impossible, not just procedurally discouraged.
One-click Pause for any line
Click Pause on any line and the AI stops auto-replying for that line — but inbound customer messages still queue and remain visible in the conversations page, and you can still reply manually. Use it for incidents, vacation, prompt rebuilds, and anything else that warrants a temporary stop without disconnecting the number. Resume restarts AI handling on the next message.
Re-opt-in via START — the door is always open
Customers who reply START, OPTIN, OPT IN, RESTART, or SUBSCRIBE are automatically removed from the opt-out registry, get a welcome-back reply, and resume normal AI handling. You don't triage re-opt-in requests by hand — Meta's consent model expects this and Botline ships it for you.
